Q. How secure is shopping online with you?


A. Our site processes all sensitive financial data keyed into a browser via a "secure socket layer" or SSL, with 128bit encryption, which is the highest industry standard for encrypting transmitted data. Your financial information is stored behind a second firewall on a separate server dedicated solely to that purpose. Once through the firewall, the data is further protected by security protocols requiring a Login ID and Password to access. Security is a top priority with us and we will do our utmost to ensure the security and privacy of your data.


Q. How do I place an order online?

A. First, you will need to locate the item you wish to purchase. Click 'Add to Cart' after choosing a quantity. Continue browsing or click on the shopping basket on the right side of the page. You will be presented with a confirmation page. From here you may continue shopping or checkout and pay for your order. (Optional: You will also be presented with Amazon and PayPal payment options)

Q. Do I have to pay shipping?


A. We do charge shipping for orders under $45.Domestically (Canada-under-$55.) We do charge shipping for non-standard shipping (i.e. priority and express), and for international shipments. Our rates are calculated by the USPS system, so for prices to destinations please refer to the USPS rate sheet. Product weights are available upon request if calculating postage for yourself.

All International Orders(Incl. Canada) are charged a Flat Standard shipping fee of $7.95 ,(9-28 days) with the exception of orders above $55. from Canada (which are Free Shipping above $55).

All International Orders Priority Shipping is $25.98  (7-13 days)
All International Orders Express Shipping is $39.95 (4-10 days)

Q. Do you ship overseas?


A. We ship to every country in the world (with only Italy having an issue with JUMPSTART, JUMPSTART Extreme, and ELEVERA.)

Q. What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?

 

A. Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we can not offer Express shipping to these locations or package tracking. Please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Q. How soon will I receive my order?

 

A. Processing time for in-stock items is usually 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is averaging 3-5 business days; priority shipping is 2-3 days, and express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you.  From time to time some products might run low on stock levels or might not be inmediately available.

Please note IGF-Plus: due to quota restrictions on high-grade antler velvet and due to the popularity of this product, stock is occasionally in low supply. Back-orders may occur for small periods (you will be notified.)
NOTE: International shipments are listed with the Customs Declaration Number, but they are not for standard postal tracking, which is only available with Express service on international packages. USPS No longer confirms receipt of international packages. Also note, most delays are caused by customs, not the postal service.

Q. Do you have any kind of recurring charge program?
 

A. Absolutely not. We despise that kind of business practice and only companies with inferior products would employ it. We offer free samples so that those who can value from our research will realize it and those who will not can save their money for another option. That seems just and it has worked for us.

Q. How will my order ship?

 

A. Service provider is the USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a USPS tracking number if applicable. For more information about shipping, please check the USPS web site.

Q. What if I want to return an item?

A. Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used.
You must email customerservice@organicbestchoices.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are always happy to exchange product. Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

You will need to provide: name as it appears on card, card number and expiration date, cvs number, card billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and the list of items and quantities of each that you are ordering. You must own the credit card and the card billing shipping address must MATCH filed copy.


ORDERING BY MAILING in a money order, personal/business/cashier's check or cash along with our printable order form is also an option. If you are paying by check, please be aware that we must wait for the check to clear. You can also use Pay pal Invoices to authoize your order. (or e-mail us to request an invoice)


Please make checks and money orders payable to "Best Choices" If you really must send cash, it is best sent by registered mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. If you are ordering from another country (not the United States), you can pay by credit card or you also can choose to mail your order to us with an International Money Order drawn in United States Dollars (payable to "Best Choices"). If you are using a credit card, you MUST own the card and we must ship to you at the card's billing address, or to your name at your preauthorized alternate address. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY NAME OTHER THAN THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD; PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORDERS WITH BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO THAT DOES NOT MATCH.
We strongly suggest Pay pal Orders / or Pay pal invoices to authoize your INTERNATIONAL ORDER.


You also can choose to pay by bank draft or bank wire. Please ask us for details on this payment option.

A. Most of our products use 100% HIDE GELATIN CAPSULES (100% BSE FREE). GREEN 33 is vegetarian.
